Offering Pain to the Lord

It's about that time... to have a baby! When I had reached 37 weeks in my pregnancy we returned to Family Missions Company in Louisiana to await the arrival of Baby Boy Schumann.

Baby Justin, 34 weeks in the womb...6 days in the world

The morning before we left Mexico, a woman came to the door from one of the surrounding villages for help. She gave birth to a precious, tiny baby at only 34 weeks. Praise God for a healthy beautiful little boy... But wow what a shock! Our boy, still cozy, but cramped in my womb, has to be about a pound or two bigger than little Justin.  The miracle of life is very real in this perfectly formed, precious child. We are eagerly awaiting seeing our son's face for the first time!

As I'm officially 40 weeks today and due to be induced next week, we are gathering prayer intentions that I can offer my contractions up for. Please send us as many intentions as you would like! Rumor has it I'll have a lot of contractions ;) haha

During Raeleigh's labor I offered the pain for intentions and I remember the most painful one being for those who were or would be deacons!! :) I know Jesus will use that suffering well! So email us some really good and important intentions!
